		<description>Hi Doug,

I am amazed that collectors of rare US gold coins do not see the true value of S-mint gold. The liberty coinage of quarter eagles, half eagles, and eagles have many very rare coins. Here in Georgia, most people want to collect the popular D mint coins that, I think, are neat but overpriced and overrated in most grades. Many of the S-mint coins can take years to find in nice condition. One day, these coins are going to take-off in price!

Take care,

		<description>Hi Doug,
I am the orginial owner of the 1859-S $5.00 Half Eagle. I thought your write-up on the coin was super. I am glad to see it going to a Collector. I would have never sold it if I didn&#039;t already have a motto $5.00 Liberty in mint state 65, also another rare date 1858 Philly. I am very happy with the deal we did. I feel you were very fair with me. Thank you again, see you at the A.N.A. in Boston.
